Dur Hospitality announces that its board of directors, on 25-04-1440 H corresponding to 01-01-2019 AD has decided by circulation to accept the resignation submitted by the board member Mr. Nasser bin Mohammad Al-Subaie (non-executive member), in view of his special circumstances, and appoint Mr. Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Kassim (Independent member) as a board member instead of him until the end of the current Board session on 31-12-2021 AD.
The approval of the board is not considered to be final and will be presented to the first meeting of the General Assembly for approval.
In addition, the board decided to appoint Mr. Fahad Al-Kassim as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors effective from 01-01-2019 AD.
On this occasion, the board extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Nasser Al-Subaie for his outstanding efforts, fruitful contributions and dedication to serving Dur Hospitality and its shareholders during his term in the board, wishing him continued success and satisfaction.
The board also welcomes Mr. Fahad Al-Kassim as a board Member and wishes him continued success and satisfaction in his new position.
