Dur Hospitality Co. announces that the dividend for 2nd half of 2015 (amounting to 70 Halalah per share which has been approved by the AGM held on Tuesday at 29-03-2016) will be paid starting from Thursday dated 07-04-2016 by Riyad Bank, and any shareholder who did not receive his dividend on that date, can visit any Riyad Bank branch and collect the dividend.
Dividend entitlement will be for shareholders registered at Tadawul on the date of the AGM mentioned above. Noting that dividend will be deposited directly at the bank accounts linked to shareholders portfolios.
