Dur Hospitality joined the world’s leading trade travel show, ITB Berlin. The event took place in the German capital from March 7 to 9, bringing together major tourism and hospitality professionals and key players from the global travel industry.
Dur joined the prestigious international event within the Saudi Tourism Authority’s ‘Visit Saudi’ stand. Makarem Hotels, Dur’s homegrown brand dedicated to serving the holy cities, was featured through Nusuk pavilion.
By participating in ITB Berlin, Dur aims to showcase its portfolio of hotels to a diverse European and international audience, attract new clients and partners, promote the destinations where Dur is present and encourage travel to the Kingdom’s regions that revive the rich culture and heritage. Dur also looks forward to building strategic partnerships with key players in the travel and tourism industry, including tour operators, travel agents and the media.
The event participation is part of Dur Hospitality’s efforts to strengthen its connections with global partners and demonstrates the company’s strategy to cement its leadership of the Saudi hotel and tourism industry. The step also serves Dur’s plans to keep pace with the ongoing preparations for the expected boom in business, family and leisure tourism in the Kingdom along with the economic diversification roadmap outlined by Saudi Vision 2030.
ITB Berlin is the world’s largest travel and tourism industry event that takes place in March every year. For more than 50 years, the event has gathered the world of international tourism for sharing industry knowledge, networking and building partnerships.
