Dur Hospitality Company has signed a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage- SCTH and the Minister of Labor and Social Development that aims at increasing the nationalization rate, and addresses the current human capital problems in the tourism sector.
The private sector contributes largely in supporting the nationalization of job opportunities for Saudi men and women in tourism industry seeking to increase their participation in the key sector, considered as the second most important economic sector in the Kingdom.
Dur Hospitality Company is keen to partner with the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage in many programs and initiatives they support and sponsor. And this agreement comes in line with the company’s goals and aspirations to shift towards nationalization in a systematic and gradual way.
This agreement also aims to increase the number of qualified nationals in the labor market, develop the industry and maintain the quality of its output through providing them with adequate training and support.
