The Board of Directors of Dur Hospitality Co. recommended interim dividend to the shareholders for the 2nd half of 2015 as follows:
1) Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 70,000,000.
2) Dividend per Share SAR 0.70.
3) Dividend represent 7% of the Face Value.
4) The eligibility of dividend shall be for the shareholders registered in the Securities Depositary Center (TADAWUL) on the closing of trading on the day of the Annual General Meeting which will be announced later.
5) Details of Dividend distribution date will be announced later.
Noting that a total amount of SAR50 million worth of dividend have been distributed for the 1st half of 2015, representing 5% of the Face Value. Therefore, total amount of dividend recommended to be distributed for the Full Year 2015 120 million, representing 12% of the Face Value and amounting to SAR1.20 per share.
